Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery takes 3–10 working days depending on your location.

Yes! We ship to customers around the world. Delivery times vary by location — most orders arrive within 3–15 working days.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email with a link. You can track in real-time via our courier's website. If you haven't received tracking after 24 hours, check your spam folder or contact us.

Returns & Refunds

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We're unable to accept change-of-mind returns. Email info@pawvik.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We understand every pet is different! Unfortunately we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns as products ship directly from our supplier. If something isn't right, get in touch at info@pawvik.com — we'll always try to find a solution.

Product Safety

Yes — safety is our non-negotiable #1 priority. Every product is made from non-toxic, BPA-free materials reviewed and approved by licensed vets. We never use harmful dyes, plastics, or materials.

Our products are tested with pets — the happy kind! Products are trialled with willing pet participants (mostly our own animals) to ensure they're enjoyable and safe. We absolutely do not engage in laboratory animal testing.

We use recycled and responsibly sourced materials wherever possible. Our packaging is 100% plastic-free and recyclable. We're on a journey to make every product fully sustainable by 2026.

Orders & Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and buy-now-pay-later options including Klarna (3 instalments, interest-free).

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, they enter our dispatch process. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change — we'll do our best.
