We want you to love every Pawvik order. Here's exactly how we handle things if something goes wrong.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
If your item arrives damaged, is defective on arrival, or we sent the wrong product, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Please email info@pawvik.com with your order number and a photo or short video showing the issue. We'll respond within 24 hours.
Item Not Received
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Change of Mind
We're unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. Please check product descriptions, sizes and images carefully before ordering.
